The NF-7500 series of electric kilns comprises a large number of models of various sizes, temperatures and other features that make them suitable for a very wide range of applications.
They can be used, in fact, by ceramics industries, ceramics colour factories, industrial laboratories in general, research laboratories, schools, small handicraft companies, and also privates.
They can also be used in metallurgy and dental laboratories. They are built with accurate finishes and top quality materials and instruments.
General features:
Bearing structure made from stove-enamelled sheet steel.
Front door with normal and handwheel closing.
Heat insulation with an inner wall of insulating refractory bricks and an outer wall of ceramic fibre (or totally in ceramic fibre for some models) that, as well as the electrical elements normally in sight, provides considerable energy saving. Kanthal spiral metal heating elements, in some cases applied to the front door, for temperatures up to 1300°C. For higher temperatures, the elements are made from Super Kanthal.
